Treatments
Every AcuSona session is delivered by both Jenny and Seb working together as a four-hands team. We draw from four core disciplines, combining them according to your specific symptoms, conditions and goals.
Four-Hands Treatment - For Individuals and Couples
Both practitioners work on you simultaneously, each addressing meridian pathways in real time. This coordinated approach allows for a depth and precision of treatment that a single practitioner cannot achieve alone. Sessions are available for individual clients receiving four-hands treatment, or for couples who wish to be treated side by side.
Nuad Kod Jud is a specialised branch of traditional Thai bodywork focused on therapeutic acupressure applied to specific points along the body's energy lines (sen lines) and meridian pathways. Nuad Kod Jud targets individual acupoints with precision to address specific complaints, from chronic pain and digestive issues to hormonal imbalances and emotional tension.
Tibetan singing bowls produce rich, sustained vibrations that penetrate deep into the body's tissues and energy pathways. In our practice, bowls are placed directly on the body at specific meridian points or positioned around it to create a wider field of resonance, working in concert with our other practices. Among their many benefits, the vibrations help to release deep-held tension, calm the nervous system and restore the natural flow of energy through blocked or stagnant meridian pathways.
Qigong is, at its simplest, a practice of coordinated breathing, gentle movement and focused intention designed to cultivate and balance the body's vital energy (Qi). In the AcuSona context, healing Qigong is both applied directly by Jenny and Seb during treatment and prescribed as part of your ongoing care, giving you practices you can continue at home to support and extend the benefits of your sessions.
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice in which postures are held for extended periods, working deep into the connective tissue, fascia and joints. Each posture targets specific meridian lines, making it a natural complement to acupressure and sound healing.
Please note: AcuSona treatments are offered as complementary therapy. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, advice or treatment. Jenny and Seb are not medical doctors. While our approach has been shown to be highly effective, if you are currently under medical care, please continue to consult your healthcare provider.
